Thank you for shopping with Nemet Studio. Because our products are made to order through print-on-demand production, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as ordering the wrong size, color, or change of mind.

Damaged or Defective Items We only issue replacements or refunds for items damaged during production or shipping — not for damage caused by the customer after delivery. If your order arrives with a manufacturing defect or was damaged in transit, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at [your email] with:

• Your order number
• Clear photos showing the defect on the item itself

All claims are reviewed, and Nemet Studio reserves the right to request additional information or deny claims that do not meet these criteria. Replacements are limited to one per order.

Wrong Address If an order is returned due to an incorrect address provided at checkout, you will be responsible for the cost of reshipping.

Lost Packages If your package is marked as delivered but you haven't received it, please contact us within 14 days so we can investigate and work toward a resolution.

Cancellations Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After that, production has typically begun and cancellations cannot be guaranteed.
